Four Free Masterclass Places On Offer to Disabled Artists Based in the UK

The International Festival of Glass is offering four free Masterclass places to disabled/D/deaf/neurodivergent artists based in the UK.

The Masterclasses take place across 4 days and are taught by world renowned glass artists in a variety of glass making techniques.

The International Festival of Glass will provide 4 free places (valued at £650) plus the cost of any access requirements you may need, such as BSL interpreter, note taker, or skilled creative enabler for example. You will need to cover your own travel and accommodation costs.

Some classes are suitable for beginners so you will not need to have previous glass experience for these classes (please check the descriptions for information).

The International Festival of Glass follows on immediately after the Masterclasses from the 23-26 August so you may want to stay around to enjoy the Festival too.

When: 19-22 August 2024

Where: Ruskin Glass Centre, Stourbridge, West Midlands or The Glass Foundry, Stroud, Gloucestershire. (Please note that the Masterclasses are taking place across two different sites but the glass festival takes place in Stourbridge).
